If returned items are ineligible, they will be sent back to you and any applicable fees recovered.If any items are missing from your return, CSB may engage a third-party service to recover outstanding funds. <hr> <h2 dir="ltr" id="how-to-return-your-order">How to Return Your Order</h2>All returns must be processed through our official Returns Portal.<ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration: none; font-size: 16px;">One RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number is issued per order</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration: none; font-size: 16px;">All items from that order must be returned in a single transaction</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration: none; font-size: 16px;">Returns not processed through the portal are not eligible for compensation</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration: none; font-size: 16px;">A valid tracking number is required as proof of return</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration: none; font-size: 16px;">Each RMA must be returned using its specific label.
