What happens if my pre-order is delayed?
Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside of our control. If there is a change to the expected dispatch timeframe, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
Can I return my pre-order?
Yes! Pre-orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy. You’ll have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return your pre-order, provided it meets our usual return requirements.
