Once your pre-order item is received and ready to ship, we’ll get your order packed and on its way. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch. If you’d like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Your delivery timeframe starts once your order has been dispatched and will depend on your chosen shipping method and delivery destination.
