How do I find my return label?Updated 7 days ago

Once you’ve completed your return through our Returns Portal, your return label will be available on the final confirmation page for you to download, print, and attach to your parcel.

If you don’t have access to a printer at home, many post offices are able to print your return label for you once it has been generated. Simply take a screenshot or digital copy of your label to your nearest post office, and they should be able to assist. Alternatively, most newsagents, copy stores, or office supply stores can also help with printing.
