Why don't you offer return labels to my country?Updated 8 days ago
At this time, CSB is unable to provide prepaid return labels for customers located in certain regions.
If your country is not eligible, you can still return your order by following the steps below:
Lodge your return through our Returns Portal as normal.
On the final page, you’ll be provided with our return shipping address.
Arrange your return using a courier of your choice and cover the return shipping costs.
Once your parcel has been shipped, make sure to enter your tracking number in your return status page within the portal.
This step is important to ensure your return can be tracked and processed correctly once it arrives.
Please note, CSB is unable to reimburse return shipping costs for customers in these regions.
