At CSB, we want you to love your pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, as long as it meets our return requirements.

Please note: Refund eligibility varies by region and customer type.

  • United States customers: Refunds are available for all customers.

  • All other countries: Refunds are only available to new customers on their first order.




Return Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted for return, your item(s) must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder

  • Be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair

  • Not be a final sale item

  • Not be underwear, socks, towels, or drinkware

  • Swimwear bottoms must have the hygiene sticker intact and untampered

CSB reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. If returned items are ineligible, they will be sent back to you and any applicable fees recovered.

If any items are missing from your return, CSB may engage a third-party service to recover outstanding funds.




How to Return Your Order

All returns must be processed through our official Returns Portal.

  • One RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number is issued per order

  • All items from that order must be returned in a single transaction

  • Returns not processed through the portal are not eligible for compensation

  • A valid tracking number is required as proof of return

  • Each RMA must be returned using its specific label. Multiple RMAs in one parcel may not be eligible for compensation




Refunds

United States Customers

  • Refunds are available for all customers, regardless of order number (subject to return eligibility requirements)

All Other Countries

  • For change-of-mind returns (where there is no fault with the product), refunds are only available to new customers on their first order

  • This does not apply to faulty or defective products

Additional refund conditions:

  • Refunds are processed via the returns portal to your original payment method

  • Discount codes and loyalty rewards are forfeited and not reissued

  • Return handling fees apply if you have not opted into ‘Pay now to unlock pre-paid returns’

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable




Store Credit

All customers are eligible for store credit on returned orders.

  • Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue

  • Store credits and gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash

  • Discount codes and loyalty rewards are forfeited on store credit returns




Exchanges

  • You are eligible for a one-time free size exchange per order

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Your exchange will be processed once your return is in transit

  • Returned exchanged items are only eligible for store credit

  • Duties and taxes are not included for exchange orders

Shop Now Exchanges

If you use the “Shop Now” method:

  • Handling fees may apply

  • Discount codes and rewards cannot be used

  • Additional payments can only be made via debit or credit card




Pay Now to Unlock Pre-Paid Returns

When checking out, you may opt in to ‘Pay now to unlock pre-paid returns’, which includes:

  • Free return shipping

  • No return handling or processing fees

If you do not opt in:

  • Return shipping and handling fees apply

  • In some locations, customers must organise their own return shipping




Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.




Return Labels

  • Free return labels are only provided if you selected ‘Pay now to unlock pre-paid returns’

  • Otherwise, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit

  • Some regions require customers to organise their own return shipping

  • Freight forwarding returns are the customer’s responsibility




Swimwear Returns

  • Swimwear bottoms require a photo confirming the hygiene sticker is intact before approval

  • Once approved, a return label will be issued within 24 business hours

  • Returns may be rejected if hygiene stickers are tampered with or items appear worn




Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We encourage all customers to review their consumer rights under applicable legislation.
