Orders placed prior to 4th August 2025 are subject to our returns policy which can be found here.
As of 4th of August 2025, all returns are subject to the following policy.
Products purchased via shopcsb.com are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to 30 days following the delivery date.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. Items must meet the following return requirements to be eligible:
Return Requirements
Unworn, unwashed, original packaging & tags attached
No stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
Not a final sale item
No returns on underwear, towels, socks, or drinkware
The hygiene Label is attached and not damaged
CSB reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Rejected returns will be sent back, and shipping fees will be recovered.
Please note: Customers must upload photo evidence within the CSB Return Portal when submitting a return request for swimwear or faulty items. A maximum of 6 images (5MB each) is allowed.
We offer the following outcomes for your return, handling fees may apply unless covered during checkout:
Refunds
Refunds to the original payment method (handling fee applies).
Store Credit & Exchanges
All orders (excluding final sale) are eligible for store credit, valid for 3 years.
One-time size exchanges available; if you are returning an exchange it is for store credit only.
Exchanges are stock-dependent and only processed once your return is in transit. Stock cannot be held or guaranteed for exchanges.
Return Labels & Process
Pre-paid return labels are available for selected countries.
Trackable return shipping is required if a label is not provided by CSB.
All returns must be processed via the CSB returns portal.
Each return must have a separate label (no merging multiple RMAs).
Please note: All returns must be processed via our return portals linked above. We cannot be held liable for any returns that are not processed through this portal. We are not required to process any returns unless we have sufficient shipping evidence such as a tracking number. CSB cannot be held liable for incorrect items sent in returns. If items are missing from your return, charges will apply. US customers are not eligible for exchanges or Shop now exchanges.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We encourage all customers to review their consumer rights under relevant Australian legislation.
