When you place an order with us, your original shipping fee covers both the cost of shipping and the handling of your order. As a result, this fee is non-refundable if you choose to return your items.

We understand this may be disappointing, however this is a standard policy applied across all returns.

Please also note that any duties or taxes paid on your order cannot be reimbursed when returning items. These charges are applied by customs and local authorities and are outside of our control.
