We have recently introduced an optional add-on at checkout ‘Pay for Free Returns & Refunds’ that allows you to unlock free returns and refunds for a small fee.
By adding this to your order, you’ll gain added flexibility and convenience when returning eligible items, such as:
Free return shipping
Refund, Exchange or Store credit
No hidden return handling fees
Please note, store policies may exclude certain items from this service, such as items that are final sale.
Not all countries are eligible to opt in for 'Pay for Free Returns & Refunds', we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are unable to provide return label for these locations, in which case, you will need to return the parcel with your own shipping provider. You can read more information here.
