We offer an optional checkout add-on called Returns Protection, which provides access to prepaid returns for a small fee.
When added to your order, Returns Protection gives you added flexibility and convenience on eligible returns, including:
- Free return shipping
- No return handling fees
Please note that some items may be excluded from this service under our store policy, such as final sale items.
Not all countries are eligible to opt in for 'Returns Protection', we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are unable to provide return label for these locations, in which case, you will need to return the parcel with your own shipping provider. You can read more information here.
