Will I have to pay duties, taxes, or tariffs on my order?Updated 7 days ago

United States orders
US customers will not be charged any duties, tariffs, or import taxes on their order. However, state sales tax may apply, which is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Most US orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse, however in some cases they may ship from our Australian warehouse depending on stock availability.

Regardless of where your order is fulfilled, all duties, tariffs, and import-related taxes are covered by CSB, so there are no additional import charges on delivery.

Rest of World orders
For all other international orders, duties and taxes are prepaid unless otherwise stated.

When duties are included, this will be clearly shown at checkout with the label “Duties and Taxes Prepaid” under the selected shipping option.

If this label is not displayed at checkout, any applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by local customs upon delivery.
