If you’re seeing an item listed as in stock but it isn’t available to select for an exchange, this is likely due to our stock reserve system.
In some cases, items may appear available on the site but are already in limited availability. Because of this, we’re unable to hold or reserve stock specifically for exchanges.
In this situation, we recommend:
Returning your item for store credit
Using your store credit to place a new order directly through the website for the item you’d like
This ensures you don’t miss out on available stock, as items can sell out quickly when availability is low.
