Why can’t I return my item?Updated 7 days ago

Your item may be showing as ineligible for return for one or more of the following reasons:

• Final Sale – The item was purchased as final sale and is not eligible for return.
• Hygiene Items – Items such as CSB Socks, Towels, Underwear, KeepCups, and Water Bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Item Condition – The item has been worn, washed, damaged, is unsaleable, or does not meet our return conditions.
• Return Window – Your order was delivered more than 30 days ago and is outside of our return timeframe.
• Incorrect Return Details – The incorrect return portal, order number, or email address has been entered.
