What should I do if I’ve entered the wrong shipping address?Updated 16 days ago
If you've made an error in your shipping address or need to make any order changes, please note the following:
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make any changes.
During this time, you can make any amendments by using the "View or Edit Order" link in your confirmation email to update your address.
If it has been more than 30 minutes since your order was placed, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. While we'll do our best to make the update before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes can be made due to fast processing times.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the courier directly to update the address or arrange collection from the incorrect address. CSB is not liable for any misdelivered or lost parcels.
