What happens if my card has been cancelled and I’m waiting for a refund?Updated 8 days ago
If your card has been lost, stolen, or cancelled, your refund will still be processed back to the original payment method used for your order.
In most cases, if the bank account linked to that card remains open, the funds will still be received and cleared by your bank.
Please note, for security reasons, we’re unable to process refunds to a different card or alternative payment method.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to assist further.
