Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your CSB account and viewing the My Orders section.
Delivery delays
While we always aim for fast delivery, carrier delays can happen from time to time. We recommend checking your tracking link for the latest updates or contacting the carrier directly for more information.

US orders: Lodge an enquiry directly with the carrier using your tracking link. If they’re unable to locate your parcel, contact our team.
International orders: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, check your email for any customs notifications. If there are no updates, reach out to our team so we can investigate further.
I think my parcel is lost...
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, please contact the courier to open an enquiry and obtain a case number.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, email us at [email protected] with proof from the carrier and we’ll work with you on a suitable resolution.
