Orders are dispatched from our warehouses based on location & stock availability:
US Warehouse: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
Australian Warehouse: Dispatched within 2–4 business days
Please note that during national/public holidays, launch collections, or sale events, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.
For launch collections and major sale periods, we kindly ask that you allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. During these times, next-day delivery is unavailable.
Due to stock allocations and availability, your order may be shipped from two warehouses. This will be clearly indicated at checkout when finalising your purchases. Please note, there will be two separate dispatch and delivery timeframes for each parcel.
Duties and taxes are prepaid unless otherwise stated. When duties are included, this will be clearly indicated at checkout with the label “Duties and Taxes Prepaid” under the selected shipping option. If this is not displayed at checkout, any applicable duties and taxes will be the recipient's responsibility upon delivery.
