Orders are dispatched from our warehouses based on location & stock availability:
US Warehouse: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
Australian Warehouse: Dispatched within 2–4 business days

For launch collections and major sale periods, we kindly ask that you allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. During these times, next-day delivery is unavailable.
Due to stock allocations and availability, your order may be shipped from two warehouses. This will be clearly indicated at checkout when finalising your purchases. Please note, there will be two separate dispatch and delivery timeframes for each parcel.
Duties and taxes are pre-paid at checkout. This means you won’t need to pay any additional fees upon delivery, and your order will arrive without delays caused by customs processing.
