Shipping Disruptions - 2026Updated a day ago
Why can’t I place an order to my country?
Due to current airspace restrictions affecting global flight routes in parts of the Middle East, our courier partners have temporarily restricted deliveries to some countries. Unfortunately, this means we’re currently unable to ship orders to these locations through our website.
Which countries are currently affected?
Shipping is temporarily unavailable to the following locations:
Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Eritrea, Ethiopia, India, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Zambia.
Why do products appear as out of stock?
As shipping is currently unavailable to these locations, products have been temporarily removed from our website when viewed from affected regions. Because of this, items may appear as out of stock, even if they are available in other countries.
When will shipping resume to my country?
Our team is staying closely in touch with our courier partners and monitoring the situation. We’re hopeful that shipping to affected locations will resume as soon as possible, but unfortunately we’re unable to provide a confirmed timeframe at this stage.
Are other international orders still being shipped?
Yes. We are continuing to ship orders as normal to countries that are not affected. However, due to the same airspace restrictions, some international deliveries may experience delays.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is taking longer than expected, please allow a little extra time for delivery. If you need further assistance, our Customer Experience team will be happy to help.
