Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, pre-orders, or presale items.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouses based on location & stock availability:
US Warehouse: Dispatched within 1–2 business days
Australian Warehouse: Dispatched within 2–4 business days
Please note that during national/public holidays, Launch collections, or sale events, processing and dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.
For Launch collections and major sale periods, we kindly ask that you allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. During these times, next-day delivery is unavailable.
We aim to meet all estimated delivery times; however, delays may occur due to courier issues or customs clearance beyond our control. CSB cannot be held responsible for losses caused by such delays.
If you're planning to travel, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery.
Couriers may contact you for additional delivery details. If they are unable to reach you, return shipping fees may apply.
Missing Deliveries
CSB is not liable for missing or stolen parcels. We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
If your parcel is missing, please first contact the courier for proof of delivery. If you are unable to resolve the issue, reach out to our team at [email protected].
Please note: we cannot offer refunds for parcels marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact our team at [email protected] as soon as possible.
CSB is not responsible for damage caused by improper opening or handling of the parcel after delivery.
Additional Information
We do not currently ship to Military or APO addresses.
