Once your return has been marked as delivered by the courier, it still needs to be reviewed and processed by our warehouse team before your refund, exchange, or store credit can be completed.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be reviewed and finalised.
If you’re waiting on a store credit, we recommend checking your junk or spam folder in case the email has landed there. If you still can’t locate it, please contact our team at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.
If you’re waiting on an exchange, once your return has been approved, your replacement order will usually be dispatched within 2–4 business days. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation or tracking link, please check your junk/spam folder and ensure the email address provided when lodging your return is correct.
