I accidentally returned a non-CSB item — what happens now?Updated 8 days ago

If you’ve accidentally included a non-CSB item in your return, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Due to the high volume of returns processed by our warehouse, we will do our best to locate the item for you. However, please note that we’re unable to guarantee it will be found, and we cannot provide a specific timeframe for locating or returning it.

To help us investigate as quickly as possible, please email [email protected] with the following details:

• A description of the item and the brand it belongs to
• Details or photos of the packaging it was sent in
• The tracking number for the return parcel

If the item is located, you will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for us to send the non-CSB item back to you. Once this has been arranged, we will then provide you with a new return label so your CSB items can be safely sent back to our warehouse for processing.

Please note that including non-CSB items in your return may delay the processing of your original return outcome.
