Your replacement order is processed as soon as your instant exchange booking is confirmed. It will then be shipped using our standard delivery service, with delivery times depending on your location.

Once your original return reaches our warehouse, our team will review the returned items against our Returns Policy. Any applicable additional refund or store credit will be processed within 1–2 business days of your parcel arriving at the warehouse.

If a refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account. This timeframe varies depending on your provider.
