Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your CSB account and navigating to the ‘My Orders’ page. You can access this page by logging into your account here.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, we recommend first checking your email inbox for any shipping or delivery updates from the courier.
If you haven’t received any notifications or there are no known delays, please reach out to our team — we’ll be happy to look into it further for you.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, our carriers may occasionally experience slight delays in transit due to unforeseen circumstances. This is normal and usually doesn't require concern. However, if you're unsure, you can monitor your tracking details for updates or reach out to the carrier for delivery network information.
International Orders
If your order has been shipped internationally using Australia Post, once it reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local postal service. For the most accurate tracking updates, be sure to check your tracking number directly with your local postal service.
