If you’d like to exchange an item, you can submit your request through our Returns Portal. You can either exchange an item for a different size or colour, or use our Shop Now feature to choose new or different items from our website.

To get started, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Returns Portal 

2. Enter your order number and email address to locate your order.

3. Select the item you’d like to exchange and choose your return reason.

4. Choose your preferred exchange option:

   • Direct exchange: Select an available size or colour of the same item.

   • Shop Now: Choose new or different items from our website to exchange for.

5. Review your selection and submit your exchange request.

6. Follow the instructions provided to access your return label and send your original item back to us.

7. Keep your tracking details so you can monitor your return parcel on its way to our warehouse

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed in line with our returns procedure, and your exchange will be actioned accordingly.

Please note that discount codes and bundle offers cannot be applied to exchange orders.
