If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

At CSB, we offer a 30-day refund period from the date of delivery, which exceeds the minimum withdrawal period required under EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.
