When does the End of Season Edit begin?

Our End of Season Edit begins at 3pm PDT Sunday 14th of June. Become a CSB Loyalty Member to gain early access and be the first to receive exclusive updates.


When does  the early access for Loyalty members for End of Season Sale begin?

Early access for CSB Loyalty Members has now ended. Missed out on early access? Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when general access begins.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

During sale periods processing and delivery times are extended. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Dispatch timeframes are not included in the shipping timeframe selected at checkout.


My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched, and the full shipping timeframe for delivery. Shipping timeframes are in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived and is past the expected timeframe, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist via email at [email protected].


How can I track my order?

You can check your order status in your confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its delivery every step of the way.


Discounts & Promotions

Can I combine End of Season Edit offers with other promotions?
Promotions in the End of Season Edit can be combined with selected discount codes and offers. Loyalty members may use their rewards toward purchases during the sale. 


Are End of Season Edit discounts applied automatically?

Prices during the End of Season Edit are as marked. Join our CSB email list for early access and exclusive offers you won’t want to miss.


Are all products included in the End of Season Edit?

Enjoy up to 40% off select styles during the End of Season Edit. This limited-time promotion is not available sitewide.


Can I use my rewards or loyalty points during the End of Season Edit?

Yes! Loyalty members can use their CSB rewards on purchases during the End of Season Edit.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange items purchased during The End of Season Edit?

Absolutely! Items purchased during The End of Season Edit are covered by our standard 30-day Returns Policy, with the exception of Final Sale items, which cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are clearly marked onsite on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached

  • Return & handling fees may apply

Please note:

  • Refunds are only available to first-time customers on their first order

  • Eligible returns from all other customers will be issued as an exchange or store credit

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
