Delivered, Missing or Returned OrdersUpdated 7 days ago

My order says delivered, but I can’t find it
If your tracking shows as delivered but you can’t locate your parcel, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property, mailbox, safe places, reception areas, or mail rooms

  • Asking household members or neighbours in case it was accepted on your behalf

  • Contacting the courier directly to report the parcel as missing

Once reported, please send our team the enquiry/case number along with a screenshot of the report or email confirmation.

While we’ll do our best to assist, please note that CSB is unable to offer refunds on missing parcels. If you live in an area where mail theft is common, we recommend using a secure parcel locker for future orders.


My parcel has been returned to sender
Parcels may be returned to us if:

  • They weren’t collected from the post office

  • Delivery was unsuccessful after multiple attempts

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete

  • The parcel was refused on delivery

If your tracking shows your parcel is being returned, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your correct shipping details.

Once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, we can organise for it to be resent. Please note that return-to-sender parcels can take time to make their way back to us, and if the return was due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
