1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers attending and purchasing products at the CSB Miami Pop-Up Store (“Event”). By entering the premises and/or purchasing products, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Event is operated by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd / Crop Shop Boutique LLC, located at 140 NE 39th Street 3rd Floor, Miami, FL 33137.


2. Entry Conditions & Security

Entry to the Pop-Up Store is free unless otherwise specified.

The organiser reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry or service to any individual behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner

  • Restrict entry based on capacity limits or operational requirements

  • Conduct reasonable security checks, including inspection of bags and personal belongings

Failure to comply with staff instructions or security procedures may result in refusal of entry or removal from the Event.


3. Age Requirements

Entry may be restricted to persons aged 18 years or older at staff discretion.

Children may only enter when accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where appropriate for safety or operational reasons.


4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Due to the limited nature of pop-up events:

  • Sizes, colours, and styles may sell out quickly

  • Items cannot be reserved unless otherwise stated

  • Purchase limits may apply


5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are provided at point of sale and may differ from online store pricing.

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and CSB gift cards only. Cash is not accepted.


6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges from the Pop-Up Store will follow CSB’s return policy, unless otherwise stated. Where permitted:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment

  • Only items purchased in-store at the Pop-Up Store are eligible for return. We do not process returns or exchanges for online purchases at the Pop-Up Store.

CSB reserves the right to reject returns that don’t meet these requirements. 

Nothing in this policy excludes rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


7. Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale”, or “Pop-Up Exclusive” may not be eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies the customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Customers are entitled to remedies for faulty or defective goods under applicable law, and these rights override any “final sale” designation where applicable.


8. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions offered at the Pop-Up Store:

  • May not be combined unless otherwise stated

  • May differ from online promotions, and online promotions may not be applicable in-store

  • Are valid only during the Event period


9. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage.


10. Photography & Media

By entering the Event, customers acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur for marketing and promotional purposes. Entry constitutes consent to the use of such imagery unless otherwise advised to staff.


11. Risk & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendance at the Event is at the customer’s own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.


12. Force Majeure

The organiser is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather (including hurricanes), natural disasters, venue issues, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.

The organiser may modify, postpone, or cancel the Event in such circumstances.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.


14. Accessibility

The organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs where possible. Customers are encouraged to notify staff of any requirements upon arrival.


15. Changes to Terms

The organiser reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


Queue / Line Policy

1. Joining the Queue

  • Customers must be physically present to join the queue.

  • No holding or reserving places in line for others is permitted.

  • Queue positions operate strictly on a first come, first served basis unless otherwise communicated.


2. Queue Management

  • Staff may implement wristbands, tickets, or numbering systems to manage queue flow.

  • Customers must follow all staff instructions at all times.

  • The organiser reserves the right to adjust or relocate the queue for safety or operational reasons.


3. Leaving the Queue

  • If a customer leaves the queue, their position may not be held.

  • Short absences (e.g. bathroom breaks) may be permitted at staff discretion only.


4. Entry Limits & Capacity

  • Entry is subject to venue capacity limits.

  • Customers may be admitted in groups or time intervals.

  • Being in the queue does not guarantee entry or product availability.


5. Queue Behaviour

Customers must behave respectfully toward staff and other customers at all times. The following behaviours are not permitted:

  • Queue cutting or saving spots

  • Aggressive or disruptive behaviour

  • Failure to follow staff instructions


Failure to comply may result in removal from the queue or refusal of entry.


6. Safety & Weather

  • Customers queue at their own risk.

  • The organiser is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage occurring while queuing.

  • Customers are responsible for dressing appropriately for weather conditions.


7. Product Availability

  • Products are limited and may sell out quickly.

  • Queueing does not guarantee access to specific items, styles, or sizes.

  • Purchase limits may apply.


8. Queue Changes

The organiser reserves the right to:

  • Adjust queue procedures at any time

  • Pause or close the queue due to capacity or safety concerns

  • Refuse entry where necessary for operational control or safety
