Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?Updated 3 hours ago
Once your order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.
If your parcel is still early in the delivery process, you may be able to request a redirect directly with the courier. We recommend contacting the final-mile courier handling your delivery with your updated address details as soon as possible. Please note, address changes may only become available once the parcel has been received into their network.
If your order was delivered to an old or incorrect address, we recommend contacting the current occupants to see if they’re able to forward the parcel or return it to sender.
In the event your parcel is returned to our warehouse, our team will be in touch to organise either:
a resend to the correct address, or
a store credit.
Please note, if a parcel is delivered successfully to the address entered at checkout and cannot be recovered, we’re unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for the loss.
To help avoid delivery issues in future, we recommend keeping your CSB account and payment provider details — including PayPal and Afterpay — updated with your current shipping address.
