At this stage, we’re unable to merge multiple returns from different orders into one parcel.
To ensure your return is processed correctly and without delays, we kindly ask that each return is sent back separately using the return label provided for that specific order and item(s). This helps our warehouse team accurately identify and process your return.
If multiple returns are combined into one parcel, this may cause delays in reviewing and processing your return, which can impact how quickly you receive your refund, exchange, or store credit.
If you have already sent multiple returns together in one package, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] as soon as possible and provide your tracking number so we can investigate and assist further.
