Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?Updated 7 days ago

We offer a 30-minute edit window after checkout, where you can make changes to your order directly through your order confirmation email.

As our warehouse team works quickly to dispatch orders, we’re unable to guarantee any changes outside of this window.

If the edit window has passed, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Our team will do their best to update it before your order ships, however this cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to contact the courier directly to request an address update or arrange collection.

Please note that CSB is not liable for parcels that are misdelivered or lost due to an incorrect shipping address being entered at checkout.
