The following items are not eligible for return:

• Change of mind items where more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date
• Change of mind items that have been worn, washed, or marked by the customer
• Products marked as Final Sale, which are not eligible for return
• CSB Water Bottles and Keep Cups, which are not eligible for return and will not be accepted
• CSB Headwear, Underwear, and Socks, which are not eligible for return and will not be accepted
