Why are my rewards points missing or not working?Updated 7 days ago
If your CSB Rewards points or discount code are missing, don’t worry — you can usually still access them through your account.
How to find your rewards history
To view your points, redemptions, or codes:
Log into your CSB account via the website or app
Go to My Account
Select My Rewards
Click Rewards History to view your recent activity and redeemed codes
If you’ve redeemed a code but forgot to apply it at checkout, you may still be able to find it in your rewards history.
If your code isn’t working
If you see an error such as “discount does not apply to the items in your cart”, it may mean the code has already been used on a previous order or is no longer valid.
We recommend refreshing your account or app to clear any previously applied codes before trying again.
Troubleshooting account access issues
If you’re having trouble accessing your CSB Rewards account, try the following:
Make sure you’re logging into the correct store:
International: shopcsb.com
Australia/NZ/Asia/Pacific: au.shopcsb.com
Reset your password using the Forgot Password option on the login page
Ensure you are using the correct app version for your region (iOS or Android)
