How do I leave a review for rewards?Updated 7 days ago

We love hearing feedback from our community, and you can leave reviews on all items purchased from our site. While reviews can be submitted directly on product pages, loyalty points are only awarded when you follow the review process below.


How to earn points for reviews

1. Place your order
Make sure you are logged into your CSB Rewards account when placing your order.

2. Receive your review request
Around 14–21 days after purchase, you’ll receive a review request email for your order. Please check your junk or spam folder if you can’t find it. If you’ve unsubscribed from marketing emails, you will not receive this email.

3. Leave your review
Submit your review directly through the email link to earn points:

  • 100 points for a written review

  • +50 points for adding a photo

  • +100 points for adding a video


Important information

  • Only relevant images and videos related to the product will be accepted — unrelated media will not be approved and points will not be issued

  • You can upload up to 3 media files per review

  • Points are awarded for up to 30 item reviews per month

  • Points are applied once your review is approved, which can take up to 72 business hours
