How do CSB Rewards tiers and points work?
Purchases made within the 12 months prior to creating an account will be counted towards your Loyalty tier at the time your account is created. However, please note that points from past orders will not be added retroactively.
Earning points
Points from purchases are typically updated in your account within minutes of placing an order, provided the purchase is made while logged into your account.
Points for product reviews take a little longer, as they are awarded once the review is submitted and approved. After receiving the review request email (sent 14 days after purchase), it can take up to 2 weeks for points to be applied.

Points can only be earned on purchases made while logged into your CSB account.
Missing points or reward codes
If you’ve redeemed points for a coupon code and can no longer find it, please contact us at [email protected]. We can help by either reissuing your code or refunding your points so you can redeem again.
CSB Rewards tiers (12-month spend)
Our rewards tiers are based on a 12-month rolling spend, and the timer begins once you reach a tier.
Member: $0
Level 1: $1 – $349 AUD/USD
Level 2: $350 – $1,099 AUD/USD
Level 3:
APAC: $1,100 – $2,499 AUD
ROW: $1,100 – $2,199 USD
Level 4:
APAC: $2,500+ AUD
ROW: $2,200+ USD
