How do CSB Birthday Rewards work?Updated 7 days ago

If you have a CSB Loyalty account, you can receive a birthday reward based on your membership level. To be eligible, you’ll need to add your birthday to your account in advance.

How to add your birthday

• Log in to your CSB Rewards account here

• Navigate to “Ways to Earn Points”

• Hover over the Birthday Rewards section

• Enter your date of birth (must be added at least 30 days before your birthday)

Please note: your birth date can only be entered once and cannot be changed.

Birthday reward tiers

• Level 1: 10% off

• Level 2: 15% off

• Level 3: 20% off

• Level 4: $50 discount code

Minimum spend applies: $79 USD

Not receiving your birthday reward?

If your reward hasn’t appeared:

• Allow up to 24 hours after your birthday for your code to be generated

• Check that your date of birth is entered correctly in MM/DD/YYYY format

• Look out for your birthday reward email

• Ensure your code hasn’t expired (valid for 30 days from issue date)

Important information

• Your birthday must be added at least 30 days in advance to qualify

• We are unable to backdate birthday rewards

• Birthday details can only be entered once and cannot be edited
