Yes — CSB Rewards points have a rolling 12-month expiry from the date they are earned. If points are not redeemed within this period, they will expire and cannot be recovered.

Each set of points expires individually based on when they were earned. For example, if you earn 500 points on October 20, 2024, and 200 points on December 10, 2024, they will expire separately on October 20, 2025, and December 10, 2025.

Please also note that our AU and International stores operate separately, and Rewards points cannot be transferred between them. Points earned in one store can only be used within that same store.
