Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique (“CSB”) CSB New York, On Us Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique LLC (“CSB” or the “Sponsor”).

The prize will be provided in the form of a $3,000 USD travel voucher, subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher provider.

2. Eligibility

• The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of CSB, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Entrants must be eligible and available to travel between 25–27 September 2026.
• Entrants must hold all necessary identification, travel documents, visas, and other documentation required for travel.
• CSB reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility at any time.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens on Sunday 13 September 2026 at 3PM PDT and closes on Sunday 20 September 2026 at 2PM PDT (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

• Complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

One entry per person. Incomplete, duplicate, or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

1 x winner will receive 1 x  $3,000USD travel voucher intended to cover a trip to New York for themselves and one friend, including:

• Return domestic flights for the winner and their nominated companion.
• Two nights’ accommodation in New York.
• The opportunity to experience the CSB New York Pop-Up.

The total prize value is $3,000 USD, provided in the form of a travel voucher to cover domestic return flights and accommodation for both the winner and their nominated companion. The winner is responsible for making and managing all travel bookings using the travel voucher and ensuring all bookings align with the required travel dates. Any costs exceeding the $3,000 USD prize value are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner and their companion must be available and eligible to travel between 25–27 September 2026 (PDT).

The travel voucher must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the voucher provider and may be subject to availability and booking restrictions.

Any costs exceeding the $3,000 USD prize value, including additional travel expenses, meals, activities, baggage fees, travel insurance, upgrades, transfers, or other incidental costs, are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documentation and meet all applicable travel requirements.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The random drawing will take place on Monday September 21, 2026 AEST, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be contacted by CSB using the contact details provided through the official entry form.

The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of being contacted by CSB.

If the selected winner does not respond or claim the prize within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to travel during the required travel period, CSB reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

CSB will never ask the winner to provide payment details or purchase anything in order to claim their prize.

7. General Conditions

By entering the Giveaway, participants:

• Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.
• Confirm that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirm that they are available and eligible to travel between 25–27 September 2026 (PDT) if selected as the winner.

CSB reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of any entry and an entrant’s eligibility.
• Disqualify any entrant who provides false information, tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated methods, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• Cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the Giveaway where necessary due to technical issues, fraud, circumstances beyond CSB’s reasonable control, or where required by law.
• Substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond CSB’s reasonable control.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSB is not responsible for:

• Technical issues, platform failures, or other circumstances that prevent or delay entry submission.
• Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or communications.
• Flight cancellations, delays, changes, or other travel disruptions.
• Accommodation availability or changes.
• Any costs incurred by the winner or their companion that exceed the prize value.
• Any travel documentation, visa, insurance, baggage, transportation, meals, or incidental expenses not specifically included in the prize.
• Any taxes or other costs incurred as a result of accepting or using the prize, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.

9. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta bear no responsibility for the administration or conduct of this Giveaway.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy.

Where a participant has separately provided consent to receive marketing communications, their information may also be used for future marketing purposes in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy.
