When does The Black Friday Sale begin?

The Black Friday Sale starts at 2pm PST Tuesday 25 November. Become a CSB Loyalty Member to gain early access and be the first to receive exclusive updates.

Will there be early access?

CSB Loyalty Members will get exclusive early access to The Black Friday Sale. Not a member? Join now to earn points and access exclusive rewards every time you shop.

Can I use my rewards or loyalty points during The Black Friday Sale?

Yes! Loyalty members can use their CSB rewards on purchases during The Black Friday Sale. However, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers outside of The Black Friday Sale. Usual T&Cs apply with Loyalty Rewards and we recommend checking these for full details.

Can I return or exchange items purchased during The Black Friday Sale?

Absolutely! Items from The Black Friday Sale follow our usual 30-day Returns Policy. The only exception are Final Sale items, which cannot be returned. 

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are available only for first-time customers on their first order.

  • All other returns that meet the usual Return requirements, are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Will items sell out quickly during The Black Friday Sale?

Stock is limited for The Black Friday Sale and will not be restocked during the sale once sold out, so be sure to shop early!

Can I pre-order items or reserve stock during The Black Friday Sale?

Pre-orders aren’t available during The Black Friday Sale. To help you secure your items, products added to your cart are reserved for one hour.

Can I combine The Black Friday Sale offers with other promotions?

Gift cards and store credits can be used as a payment method during the Black Friday Sale. However, other promotional codes or discounts can’t be combined unless stated otherwise. We recommend checking the Terms & Conditions  for full details.
